Research use only

PATHOWISH IS FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND MUST NOT BE USED FOR CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS, PATIENT MANAGEMENT, TREATMENT SELECTION OR ANY OTHER CLINICAL DECISION.

Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users must independently validate research results and comply with applicable law, institutional requirements, ethics approvals and data-use rights.

Account and acceptable-use baseline

Users must protect passwords, MFA and active sessions; provide accurate account information; avoid unauthorized access; and must not upload identifiable health data unless the operator has expressly approved the workflow and all legal, ethical, contractual and security controls are in place.

Public support/account identifiers do not authorize payment, account transfer or entitlement activation. Server state remains authoritative.

Commercial and service baseline

Prices, tax treatment, payment channels, refund/cancellation rules, invoicing, service levels, governing law, liability, operator identity and customer contacts remain unresolved legal launch blockers. No draft text or repository implementation authorizes real-money production.

Suspension and termination

The operator may restrict access needed to protect users, evidence or the service, subject to the final approved agreement and applicable law. Users must retain required research records independently.

Required counsel completion

Before publication, counsel must replace all unresolved operator, territory, contact, tax, refund, liability, dispute and data-processing terms; approve the research-use limitation; and assign a new consent version if the accepted meaning changes.
